One recent standout event took place against the stunning backdrop of Malibu, where we produced a coastal oasis of effortless, laid-back luxury. Inspired by the natural beauty of the surroundings, we incorporated natural elements like wood accents, rattan furniture, and linen fabrics. We got creative with reflective chrome pillars to maximize the space’s allure. The decor set the tone and atmosphere of the event, creating an immediate impression on attendees as they arrived. Another highlight was the Ceridian poolside party in Las Vegas, where we incorporated AB Procured signature metallic spheres into the scene. Strategically positioned around the venue, these spheres not only reflected the sky, adding a touch of magic to the event space but also floated delicately in the pool to create a captivating focal point. From daytime sunlight casting bright reflections to evening illumination by twinkling string lights, these spheres provided the perfect photo-opp. For our first try at using the metallic spheres in a pool, we’re pretty pleased with how they turned out – they truly elevated the event to new heights.
Our commitment to immersive experiences extends beyond decoration, as evidenced by a Coachella brand activation for La Croix. Here, we transformed the space into a vibrant, interactive scene filled with colorful flowers, bold hues, a giant hashtag, and reflective disco balls. Guests engaged with the photo installation, snapping pictures in the photo booth with their favorite La Croix product. Instagram-worthy backdrops, interactive installations, and aesthetically pleasing decor elements encourage attendees to document their experience, leading to increased online engagement and brand exposure.
Several more examples of brand representation were our seaside events for Gran Coramino Tequila and Revolve’s Red, White, and Bootsy party. An all-white bar not only helps the beautiful ocean stand out but the black contrasted logo is an immediate eye-catcher. We didn’t want the bar shelving to block any of the panoramic views, so we opted for chrome shelving units to showcase the silver tequila. With Revolve, we had some fun with the red, white, and blue theme, giving a giant mirror a colorful border. It was the perfect photo opportunity and brand activation, with Revole’s logo reflecting clearly in the natural surroundings. Incorporating brand colors, logos, and messaging into the decor reinforces brand identity and leaves a lasting impression on attendees.
