AB Procured supported the creation of a refined, high-end pop-up lounge inside the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, designed to emulate the exclusive experience of Chase Sapphire Reserve airport lounges. Our team provided expert consultation on materials, project management, vendor coordination, and procurement—ensuring seamless execution within a tight three-month turnaround.
While AB Procured was not the interior designer, we collaborated closely with the clients on design renderings, conducted site visits, and assembled a team of top-tier contractors. We sourced comparable materials when specified items were unavailable and shared detailed build drawings and samples to meet the high standards of the client’s vision.
Despite working within an existing space with pre-existing elements, we carefully masked and adapted the venue without causing disruption. Our strategic planning and execution resulted in a beautifully curated environment that felt like a permanent architectural installation. Over the course of this three month pop-up, buzz was generated worldwide, with thousands of cardholders lining up daily to experience it firsthand.
This project underscored the importance of early vendor engagement, clear communication, and flexible sourcing strategies—key lessons that helped us deliver exceptional results under challenging timelines.

The project’s goal was to create a visually stunning photo op that would captivate guests both in person and in photographs, set against the backdrop of the property’s iconic, highly visible space.
Our team developed rigging plans, CAD drawings, and managed the entire project, including installation within a 12-hour window. Extensive site visits, client approvals, and ongoing communication with the rigging team ensured the installation’s safety, stability, and aesthetic impact. The bubbles, illuminated by natural sunlight, created an immersive, emotion-evoking environment that became one of Las Vegas’s most recognized seasonal attractions.
